Below are all the comments from our old guest book. You will find a new Guest Book in the house with the more recent guest comments. Thank you to everyone who has left us a note!If you want to send us comments or feedback by e-mail that would also be apprieciated!
However most of all - we always try to promote things that we have tried ourselves or guests have recommended, so please send us your experiences! These can be local trips or sites you have visited. A local winery you loved. A restaurant that you found exceptional. Whatever! We would love to start sharing these with other guests and of course also somewhere new for us to try next time too perhaps. We will share this information either on the website with your permission or in the "Things to do" booklet that you will find in the house with a compilation of recommended activities. This will earn you (or someone you refer) a 10% discount off the next booking!
- Such a lovely house in a delightful town. We arrived at night time to see all of the Christmas lights
on in the Town, set a perfect tone for our stay here. A great quiet getaway for two people who are normally too attached to computers. Thanks for a lovely stay,

- Mark and Roberta. Thank you very much for letting us stay at The Stone House. We had such a fantastic
holiday, very relaxing! We have seen and done much and recommend Freizeit-land and the pool at Gerolzhofen
for the children. Interesting towns are Wurzburg, Rothenburg, Kitzingen and Volkach. The Information File you
have prepared is very good, as are the selection of leaflets and guides. all very useful. We have even
managed to get some runs/jogs in when the weather cooled down enough. All in all, lovely house, location
and intro to Germany! By the way, all the restaurants we stumbled upon on our visits were superb - we have
loved the food!
We will be back!

- 3 visits so far this year - there are plenty of reasons! The house is wonderful for 2 people and we can't wait
to see the finished version! Wondering around the cobbled streets, down to the ponds and into the vineyards,
always something to do! And 7? restaurants within a few minutes - can't be bad! On previous trips we have
visited Wurzburg and Bamberg. This time:
Day 1: Up to Schweinfurt and right along the Main River
Day 2: To Neustadt through wooded hills.
Day 3: Collect Wine from Iphofen and Markt Nordheim via Rödelsee(lovely village). Iphofen is the only place we found in the area which is better then Prichsenstadt. What is there not to like?

- Liebe Familie Wolff! We were here from 13th - 19 May 2012 and thank you for using your wonderul house.
Today the sun shines bright, so we can sit here in the sunny backyard, having breakfast, listening to the birds*
and the nearby bells - lovely! We like the region, it's wines, restaurants and the castles. therefore we like to recommend you for visiting the castle of
Mespelbrunn, a lovely small castle in the Spessart Forest with a lake and two white swans :-) Someone might know this from the popular
story/film "Das Wirtshaus im Spessart". We spent a very good time here, thank you so much!

we had an unforgetable night in the Kesslers wine cellar!

- Our first visit to your beautiful German Home! Fab setting in this gorgeous traditional village, love it. Have eaten way too much meat, dumplings
and cake - leaving now for a UK soggy veg diet! Weather has been great to start, then the skies turned grey. Spent a day with Peter in the Steigerwald, at many of the restaurants in the area
we sampled beer and wine and even caught a few rays at the swimming pool in Gerolzhofen. did a couple of runs in the fab countrside - all in all there is everything you need!

- We had a lovely time - despite a few cloudy days - yummy scrummy food at Zum Storch and The Golden Adler -
highly recommended. Also a great day at Geomaris swimming pool in Gerolzhofen. We will be back next year!

- We have been here for the last week and all had a great time - there are plenty of places to eat, to walk and fantastic scenery and architectire. The bakeries deserve a special mention!
